Your New Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent Allred Heating, Cooling & Electric at community events, Lowe’s locations, and local gatherings across Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Olympia, and Lacey, WA. You’ll connect with homeowners, spark conversations, and introduce them to solutions that improve their comfort and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified leads through direct homeowner engagement

  • Creating partnerships with community members and local professionals

  • Promoting Allred’s HVAC and electrical services in person

  • Tracking and managing leads accurately in our CRM system

  • Ensuring homeowners are the right fit for Allred’s solutions

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or lead generation preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus

  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Reliable, organized, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
