Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain automation systems, focusing on HVAC controls, access, and video security.
• Collaborate with team members to complete commercial projects from setup through testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure that all systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals for system setup.
• Maintain documentation and reports on project and system performance.

• Completion of an HVAC technical program or apprenticeship.
• EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain).
• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or related fields, including access control and video security.
• Knowledge of Schneider and Niagara software (preferred).
• Proficiency in IT networking and computer skills (preferred).
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in diverse settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
