Pay: $55,000 - $75,000+ per year (depending on experience)
Bonus: Project completion bonuses and performance-based incentives
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (some flexibility based on project needs)

As an Assistant Superintendent with Zadok Construction, Inc in Farmington, UT, you’ll play a key role in keeping commercial construction projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll support project managers and superintendents across various job sites along the Wasatch Front. This is your chance to be in the action, lead on-site operations, and learn the full A–Z of building the right way.
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction tasks
Manage project schedules and track milestones using project management software
Support superintendents with quality control and subcontractor oversight
Review drawings, specs, and RFIs to ensure construction accuracy
Maintain jobsite communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Get hands-on with punch lists and issue resolution as needed
Own the details; documentation, safety compliance, and field reports

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Previous experience in commercial construction or field operations preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on problem-solving
Comfortable working on active job sites alongside field crews
