Your New Role

As an Assistant Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service for our customers. You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, technicians, and customers to:

  • Customer Service:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
    • Provide pricing, scheduling expectations, and follow-ups.
    • Manage invoicing and customer communications.
  • Dispatching & Scheduling:
    • Assign and manage technician routes for efficiency and quality.
    • Use ServiceTitan and other tools to maintain accurate customer and service data.
    • Ensure smooth workflow adherence and GPS accuracy.
  • Membership Growth:
    • Drive new and renewal membership sales.
    • Schedule seasonal maintenance and follow up with existing members.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify friction points and suggest improvements.
    • Coach technicians on processes and technology to streamline operations.

Job requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with systems and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to exceed targets.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing, operations, or home service roles.
  • Background in HVAC, solar, or clean energy.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
