Your New Role as Assistant Service Manager

As the Assistant Service Manager, you’ll partner with our Service Manager to drive exceptional customer experiences and ensure our service team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide pricing, manage schedules, and ensure clients feel taken care of.
  • Service Dispatch Mastery: Manage daily scheduling, optimize routes for our technicians, and ensure timely service.
  • Membership Sales Growth: Convert one-time clients to long-term members through proactive outreach and support—earn commissions on every sale.
  • Process Improvement Champion: Identify ways to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Technician Support & Training: Support and coach technicians, ensuring they’re skilled and confident in our systems and processes.

Job requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Process-oriented, organized, and skilled in balancing priorities
  • Tech-savvy with experience or willingness to learn software like ServiceTitan
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, operations, or home service experience (experience in HVAC or clean energy is a plus)
