Full-time role with 31 to 40 hours per week, with potential for part-time flexibility
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays

Support the Project Manager with scheduling employees, coordinating work, and keeping projects on track in Kennedale, TX and across Tarrant County
Assist with meetings involving customers and subcontractors
Order materials and coordinate pickups or deliveries as needed
Track job costs and assist with basic bookkeeping and project documentation
Manage employee timesheets and ensure hours are accurately recorded
Help maintain organized job files, reports, and communication records
Assist with maintaining job site safety practices including PPE awareness
Step in to support light carpentry labor when needed
Handle general office duties to keep operations running efficiently
Coordinate with team members to ensure materials, schedules, and workflows stay aligned

1 to 2 years of experience in construction support, project coordination, or administrative roles
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of construction projects, scheduling, and job site workflows
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Experience with timekeeping, data entry, or basic bookkeeping is a plus
Willingness to assist in both office and field environments
Ability to lift materials and assist with light labor tasks when needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
