As an Assistant Project Manager based in Millersville, MD, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of active construction projects. Under the guidance of a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in project execution including cost tracking, scheduling, permitting, bidding, and change orders
Coordinating with consultant engineers and contractors to ensure contract compliance
Representing the company in meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and local officials
Managing and documenting project budgets, timelines, and performance
Reviewing construction documents like zoning approvals, building permits, utility approvals, and code compliance certifications
Contributing to team performance tracking and motivation
Handling additional duties to support the project lifecycle
