Your New Role

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and implementation to keep jobs on track

• Coordinate resources, equipment, and information across project teams

• Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver on deadlines and budgets

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports

• Support construction estimating and help manage project budgets

• Use software like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Fieldwire for project coordination

• Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution

• Monitor job progress and help resolve issues quickly

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

This position is based in Alvarado, Texas.

• 2-year business or technical degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

• Previous experience in a construction environment strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

• Familiarity with project management tools (ProCore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire) is a plus

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on timelines, budgets, and quality
