Support the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on active commercial construction sites in Richmond, VA and surrounding Central Virginia areas
Help manage daily job site operations including opening and closing procedures
Enforce safety protocols and lead by example on every project
Assist with supervising subcontractors and coordinating onsite crews
Track and document project progress, activities, and updates
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper handling onsite
Maintain quality control to ensure work meets plans and specifications
Identify issues early and help implement practical solutions
Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to support project execution

Experience in commercial construction or a related field preferred
Ability to travel to job sites within a 60 mile radius of Richmond, VA
Strong leadership and communication skills
