Assist and work alongside licensed plumbers on residential plumbing service, repair, and installation projects in Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, including leaks, drain clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
Install water heaters, piping, fixtures, fittings, and complete residential plumbing systems
Deliver professional, high-quality customer service in occupied homes
Maintain clean, organized job sites and service vehicles that reflect company standards
Follow safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company best practices on every call
Actively participate in continuing education and licensing preparation

Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or a skilled trade environment is required
Demonstrated commitment to progressing toward a Journeyman Plumber license
Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a 7-year national background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening. This is a drug-free workplace, including no THC
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor
