• Competitive Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour + overtime pay + annual bonus

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed

Your New Role

Based in Plymouth, MN, you’ll

• Assist Journeyworker Electricians with homeowner service needs

• Install systems and fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Assist with material runs, installations, shop projects, and light commercial work as needed

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, supplies, and adhere to safety standards

• Service Single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, condos, small commercial buildings, and churches

• Valid Registered Unlicensed Electrician (RE) license (active and not expired)

• 3–5 years of verified electrical experience (5,400–8,000+ hours)

• Experience preference:

  • Residential service – owner-occupied homes

  • Residential remodel – owner-occupied homes

  • Residential installations – owner-occupied homes

  • Residential new builds – single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, condos

  • Light commercial service work

• Strong knowledge and experience operating hand and power tools

• Must pass:

  • Background check

  • Drug test (including tobacco-free policy)

  • DOT medical certification (we can assist if needed)

• Excellent driving record (bad drivers need not apply)

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to work year-round with occasional weekend availability
