Responsibilities

• Perform the installation and maintenance of whole house generators.
• Handle the rewiring of entire homes as part of renovation projects.
• Lead the removal of outdated knob and tube electrical systems.
• Take charge of panel changes and service upgrades in residential settings.
• Independently troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in homes.
• Manage the wiring of hot tubs and air conditioning systems.
• Lead the installation of new electrical circuits in homes.
• Oversee any residential retrofit work related to electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Actively engage in continuous learning and improvement of electrical skills and knowledge.
• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Execute various duties within the electrical field to support the team's objectives.

Our Hiring Process

3. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager.
4. We will make an offer if you are a good fit.

• Possess and maintain a valid WA State L&I Trainee Card
• Hold a valid Driver's License with no more than 2 moving violations (No DUI's) issued by WA State
• Successfully pass a background check
• Demonstrate a strong familiarity and knowledge of current NEC (National Electrical Code) and WAC (WA State Code) codes
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
