AAA Home Services was established in 1970 as A-All Appliance. Jeff and Barb Probst purchased AAA in 1975 and had 8 service techs at the time. Today, AAA specializes in not only Appliance Repair and Sales but has expert technicians in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
AAA has won many awards over the years including the “Best of Service Awards” and prides itself on knowledgeable service and support. We continually train our techs on new products, industry trends, and customer service. AAA Home Services technicians are some of the most highly qualified and licensed in the area.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify the root causes of appliance malfunctions.
- Disassemble and reassemble appliances to access and replace faulty components, such as motors, heating elements, thermostats, and sensors.
- Maintain a detailed record of all service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide cost estimates and explanations to customers for repairs and replacements.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including multimeters, hand tools, and specialized diagnostic instruments.
- Stay up to date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques through training and self-study.
- Order and maintain an inventory of replacement parts and supplies.
- Collaborate with customers to educate them on proper appliance maintenance and usage to prevent future issues.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Prioritize and manage service calls to optimize efficiency and meet service appointment deadlines.
- Provide on-call or emergency repair services as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, including those related to service quality, dress code, and work vehicle maintenance.
