Hourly pay range of $18 to $25 per hour based on experience
Part-time schedule of approximately 30 hours per week with a clear path to full-time
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays as needed

Direct collaboration with experienced Project Managers and skilled trades professionals
Real opportunity to grow into a larger operational or project management role
Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling calls, scheduling, and job updates in Kennedale, TX and surrounding areas
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align schedules, timelines, and project execution
Schedule and manage vendors and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and availability with vendors and subcontractors
Prepare and organize material orders for roofing and construction jobs
Occasionally pick up materials from suppliers as needed
Track and manage timesheets, expenses, and job cost ledgers using Excel
Maintain accurate job documentation using CompanyCam and internal systems
Support job costing and bookkeeping tasks, with role split of approximately 80 percent administrative and 20 percent bookkeeping
Keep job files, communication logs, and project records organized and up to date
Assist with customer and subcontractor coordination to ensure smooth project flow

Some hands-on experience or basic understanding of construction, roofing, remodeling, or similar trades is important
Administrative or office experience is helpful but not required
Scheduling or coordinating crews, vendors, or jobs is beneficial, but you can be trained
Exposure to bookkeeping, job costing, or tracking expenses is a plus, not required
Strong computer skills are required, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
Fast learner who can pick up new systems, processes, and workflows quickly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
