Overtime (Time and a Half)
Responsibilities
Assist in the Purchasing and Accounts Payable (AP) department.
Create Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Enter and follow up on Purchase Orders to facilitate timely procurement.
Manage inventory by overseeing stocking levels and initiating reordering when necessary.
Enter Bills with and without Purchase Orders to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Track materials checked out by field technicians to maintain accountability.
Organize, scan, and file bills and receipts for easy retrieval and documentation.
Receive approval for new purchases and vendors to adhere to established protocols.

Job requirements
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. to fulfill the physical demands of the role
Comfortable working in various conditions while stocking or counting inventory
Proficient with computer usage and familiar with scanners for efficient data entry
Highly organized and structured in managing paperwork and materials
1-2 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
