Payne Pest Management is family-owned and operated by Kathleen Payne. We opened our doors on May 15, 2006, with 3 employees and one office. Since then, we have grown into TOP 100 pest companies in the United States.


PAYNE PEST MANAGEMENT is growing and looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our first-class service team. We are looking for self-motivated professionals capable of working with a team. You must be customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
  • Efficiently dispatch leads and service requests to the respective sales and service departments.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, encompassing payment processing and the collection of delinquent accounts.
  • Ensure the timely processing of daily production tasks, including the typing of state reports and fulfilling completions within established time frames.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer needs and inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Prioritize and coordinate tasks related to sales and service, optimizing efficiency in workflow.
  • Execute thorough and accurate payment processing, keeping meticulous records of financial transactions.
  • Stay compliant with state reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission of necessary documents.

Job requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience is highly desired
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English fluently
  • Computer knowledge with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn and adapt to new, specialized programs
  • Able to type 45 words per minute accurately
  • Friendly and energetic attitude while assisting customers and team members
  • Adaptable to change and eager for growth
  • Must be available to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
