Pay: $23 to $28 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time position
Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week
Consistent weekday schedule that supports work-life balance
Mostly remote, but onsite at least once a week (details to be discussed)
Support leadership in a growing commercial construction company focused on high-quality projects
Work closely with two business owners and gain direct exposure to business operations and decision-making

Opportunity to build experience in construction administration, scheduling coordination, and executive support
Position based in Louisville, KY 40210, with remote work flexibility available, you’ll:
Work closely with the accounting controller and leadership to provide administrative and operational support across the business
Manage communication for two business owners, including email correspondence, phone calls, and calendar coordination
Organize and maintain daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate and track important communications and follow-ups to keep projects and operations moving forward
Support the accounting controller with data entry, payroll and 401k processing, accounts payable processing, assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations, issuing POs, creating lien waivers, monitoring and processing accounting emails, and communicating with vendors and subcontractors
Maintain organized digital files, documents, and administrative records
Provide general administrative support for business operations and project coordination
Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts
Perform general office duties including data entry, scanning, filing, answering phones and door, processing mail, receiving deliveries, communicating with employees, assisting in the management of the vehicle and equipment fleet, and supporting property maintenance coordination
Support leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations

Associate’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
3 to 5 years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office administration experience
Strong calendar management and scheduling coordination skills
Experience managing professional email correspondence and phone communication
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with common office software and digital communication tools (Outlook email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when supporting leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
