Responsibilities
Review service tickets submitted by field technicians to verify accuracy of prices and materials.
Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain regular communication with customers to facilitate prompt payment of invoices.
Establish Master Service Agreements with new clients, obtaining all necessary contact information.
Ensure that service tickets are properly documented and organized for accounting purposes.
Reconcile discrepancies or issues with invoices and work to resolve payment disputes.
Record and track all payments received from clients.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management.
Assist in the collection process, including sending payment reminders and following up on outstanding balances.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payment histories.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns.

Job requirements
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software
Prior experience in data entry, particularly in financial or accounting contexts
Familiarity with Open Invoice and Field Services software
Experienced candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
