As the Accounting Supervisor based in Salem, Oregon, you’ll oversee core accounting functions and lead the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP within a fast-paced manufacturing operation. From processing daily financials to optimizing ERP workflows, your leadership will directly support data-driven decisions and financial clarity across departments.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
Finalize Work-In-Progress (WIP) adjustments and project-level P&L reports
Lead NetSuite ERP design, configuration, testing, and rollout
Coordinate data migration, user training, and system optimization
Maintain internal controls and accounting policies in line with GAAP
Produce consolidated reports across multiple subsidiaries
Support audits and maintain financial compliance
Identify process improvements for accounting accuracy and efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory duties
Proven success with NetSuite ERP implementation in a manufacturing environment
Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and consolidated financial reporting
Experience with WIP and project-level profit & loss reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting acumen
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects across departments
