You’ll be based in Las Vegas, NV, where you’ll help keep both the office and accounting operations running efficiently. From supporting financial tracking to handling daily administrative needs, you’ll play a crucial role in the company’s internal success.
Track payroll and commissions with accuracy
Handle invoicing and monthly client statements
Apply payments and manage accounts in QuickBooks Online
Upload invoices across multiple AP portals
Resolve client disputes, discrepancies, and overpayments
Run reports and assist with data analysis
Keep the office humming: answer phones, schedule meetings, order supplies

Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
General understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure
Clear communicator—both in writing and speaking
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in logistics or transportation industries is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
