Your New Role

  • Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, provide quotes, and respond to questions

  • Enter and manage sales orders and quotes in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production, to meet customer expectations

  • Track project progress, from quote submission to shipment and invoicing

  • Use NetSuite and other internal tools to log communications and maintain records

  • Attend sales meetings and support document management and reporting

  • Occasionally travel to job sites or customer offices, as needed

  • Based in Salem, Oregon

Job requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required

  • 6–12 months of experience in account management or project coordination preferred

  • Familiarity with the Utility or Telecommunications industries is helpful

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

  • Experience using ERP systems like NetSuite and CRMs such as Salesforce

  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
