Opportunities to travel to customer locations as needed
Daily interaction with a wide range of departments including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Shipping

You'll be involved in the full product lifecycle, from quoting through delivery

Leadership is accessible and committed to helping you succeed
Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, provide quotes, and respond to questions
Enter and manage sales orders and quotes in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with internal departments, such as Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production, to meet customer expectations
Track project progress, from quote submission to shipment and invoicing
Use NetSuite and other internal tools to log communications and maintain records
Attend sales meetings and support document management and reporting
Occasionally travel to job sites or customer offices, as needed

Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
6–12 months of experience in account management or project coordination preferred
Familiarity with the Utility or Telecommunications industries is helpful
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Experience using ERP systems like NetSuite and CRMs such as Salesforce
Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
