What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform maintenance and service calls

• Work on furnaces, AC units, and mini splits

• Communicate with customers and recommend solutions

• Manage your own schedule and workload

• Support and guide junior technicians

What You Need

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience

• EPA certification

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong customer communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
