Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Technician in Green, Ohio, serving residential and light commercial customers within a 40-mile radius including Summit, Stark, and Cuyahoga counties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems

• Respond to service calls with professionalism and timeliness

• Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Communicate findings clearly and explain repair or replacement options

• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures

• Complete a structured onboarding program with ride-along support in your first month

• Participate in ongoing HVAC training and skill development

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience preferred

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and mechanical components

• EPA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to participate in an emergency service rotation

• Commitment to safety and professional standards

• Ability to pass background screening in accordance with local laws
