Perform 4 to 6 residential HVAC service calls per day in Tempe, AZ, and surrounding areas
Diagnose HVAC systems accurately and explain findings in clear, customer-friendly language
Identify and present repair, maintenance, indoor air quality, and replacement options based on actual system condition
Educate homeowners on preventative maintenance, system performance, and long-term solutions
Build estimates and present pricing, financing options, and service plans
Document each call with detailed notes and clear photos
Perform minor repairs and service work as needed
Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, install teams, and management
Follow up on open estimates and maintain customer relationships beyond the initial visit
Support team members with technical insight and customer communication when needed

Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience
EPA certification required
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and evaluate HVAC systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to homeowners
Experience in presenting repair and replacement options professionally
Solid documentation skills, including notes and job photos
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and customer concerns
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
