Your New Role

• Lead industrial and heavy civil construction projects in Fairview, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Oversee material purchasing and subcontractor buyouts

• Perform material takeoffs and review submittals for contract compliance

• Manage change orders and monitor project production performance

• Collaborate daily with general superintendents and project superintendents

• Review monthly billings and subcontractor invoices for accuracy

• Partner with field and office teams to resolve design and construction challenges

• 6 to 10 years of project management experience in industrial or heavy civil construction

• Valid driver’s license

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Experience with public works projects such as sewer systems, water mains, roadwork, or bridges is preferred
