Your New Role

  • Lead heavy civil and industrial construction projects based out of Pittsburgh, PA, with relocation opportunities to Fairview, PA

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, production timelines, and quality standards

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field crews

  • Track project costs, monthly billings, and change orders

  • Review contracts, project drawings, specifications, and submittals

  • Communicate with clients, municipalities, engineers, and internal teams

  • Support field operations to ensure successful project execution

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve construction and operational challenges

  • Maintain profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency across multiple projects

  • Manage public infrastructure and industrial construction projects including sewer systems, water mains, roadway construction, bridge work, and municipal public works

Job requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or industrial construction

  • Strong understanding of public infrastructure construction and industrial project management

  • Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation

  • Experience managing change orders, project billing, and production timelines

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Preferred experience with sewer and water systems, roadway construction, bridge construction, and municipal public works projects
