Lead Field Technician

• Pay: $28 to $35 per hour based on experience and certifications

• Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates

• Schedule: Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 AM with a minimum 40-hour workweek

• Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40

Your New Role

• Lead field crews on petroleum infrastructure and environmental service projects in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas

• Perform and oversee underground storage tank installation, removal, and system upgrades

• Complete cathodic protection work and verify installations meet required specifications

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew schedules to keep projects on track

• Communicate with inspectors, customers, and internal teams to support project timelines

• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and environmental compliance requirements

• Travel to job sites throughout Indiana as part of regular field operations

• Valid ICC State Certifications preferred:

  • U1 Underground Storage Tank Installation and Retrofitting

  • U2 Underground Storage Tank Decommissioning

  • U4 Cathodic Protection

• 3 to 5 years of experience in petroleum field services, underground storage tank work, or related construction trades

• Experience leading crews and managing job site operations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to travel to job sites throughout Indiana

• Knowledge of safety procedures and environmental compliance standards
