Pay Range: $16–$23/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional rotating weekends

As our HVAC Dispatcher, you’ll be the command center for daily operations—coordinating technicians, scheduling jobs, and keeping customers informed in real-time. This position is based on-site at our office in Tempe, AZ 85282.
Dispatch technicians based on skillset, location, urgency, and job type
Pull new service calls from portals and build them into our CRM (Housecall Pro)
Optimize daily routes using Google Maps or similar tools
Handle a mix of inbound service calls and outbound customer confirmations
Communicate ETAs and reschedules clearly and quickly
Prioritize high-urgency calls—especially during peak season
Collaborate with claims, inventory, and dispatch teams throughout the day
Track technician progress and update the dispatch board constantly
Keep things calm, positive, and on track even when the day gets hectic

1–2 years of experience in a dispatch, call center, or customer service role
Strong multitasking and scheduling skills
Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred
Experience with field service software (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.)
Familiarity with route optimization tools like Google Maps
Comfortable with HVAC terminology and service workflows (or a fast learner!)
High school coursework required
Must thrive in fast-moving, people-first environments
Calm under pressure, great with both technicians and customers
