Your New Role

Based in Auburn, WA, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment accurately using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools

• Deliver reliable and professional residential HVAC service to homeowners

• Help support and mentor less experienced HVAC technicians when needed

• Follow established safety standards and company procedures on every service call

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience

• Active Washington 068 license

• EPA certification

• Seattle refrigeration license preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems

• Effective customer service and communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical duties required for field service work

• Dependable, professional, and willing to continue learning

• Must be able to meet company hiring requirements, consistent with applicable laws
