We’re hiring an HVAC Service & Installation Technician to support residential HVAC service calls, system replacements, maintenance, and installation projects. What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems, equipment, and related components

• Assist with system replacements and upgrade projects

• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment as needed

• Install ductwork and other system accessories

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely succeed here if you:

• 3–4 years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience working in the HVAC field, including installation and/or service

• Ability to troubleshoot and identify HVAC system issues

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• EPA Certification preferred
