Your New Role

• Provide residential HVAC service throughout Monroe County and surrounding counties, operating from Bloomington, Indiana.

• Diagnose, maintain, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related HVAC equipment.

• Identify system problems accurately and present homeowners with honest and professional recommendations.

• Clearly explain HVAC repair options and technical information so homeowners can understand their choices.

• Provide professional customer service and build trust during every in home service call.

• Operate a take home company vehicle and keep your work environment clean and organized.

• Record accurate service and job information in ServiceTitan.

• Follow established safety standards and maintain high quality workmanship on every job.

• Take part in ongoing company paid technical training to strengthen your HVAC knowledge and service skills.

• Bring 3 or more years of residential in home HVAC service experience.

• Hold an EPA Certification.

• Demonstrate strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Communicate professionally with customers and explain technical information in clear, simple terms.

• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Be able to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan.

• Follow safe work practices and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrate dependability, integrity, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
